Amber Buddy products are intended to be worn only as jewellery. Bracelets and necklaces should never be placed in a child’s mouth or used for any purpose other than intended.

Amber Buddy jewellery is recommended for children aged 3 years and over and should always be worn under adult supervision. Jewellery should always be removed before sleeping, bathing, or any time a child is not being closely supervised.

Amber Buddy assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or other issues directly or indirectly related to the use of our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amber Buddy and all parties involved in the design, production, and manufacturing of our products shall not be liable for any damages arising from their use.

For safety, please always:

• Never leave a child unattended while wearing jewellery.
• Remove the necklace or bracelet whenever you cannot supervise your child, even briefly.
• Do not allow a child to sleep while wearing the jewellery, including during naps.
• Never allow a child to chew, lick, or place the jewellery in their mouth.
• Seek medical attention immediately if you are concerned about your child’s health.
